Gut Health

80% of the population has a "leaky gut."  That means that most of has a bunch of tiny holes in our gut lining and those hole let out all of the good nutrition that you may be putting in your body.  This is ONE reason why you are still not experiencing optimal health, despite the fact that, "you eat pretty good."' Many people DO "eat decently," but it's more than just the food that you put in your mouth.  It matter when you put that food in your mouth, it matters what order you put that food in your mouth and of course, it matters what quantity you put that food in your mouth.

Belly Bloat

Are you doing endless crunches and not seeing results in your belly bulge?  If that's you, then your challenge likely is not fitness, it is nutrition.  There are seven foods that are known for causing bloating in the majority of people.  Not all of them could be causing your belly bloat, but certainly one or more probably is wreaking havoc on your gut health.  There are steps you can take in order to determine which foods are causing your belly bloat and steps to ride you of this constant annoyance you have.

Macro Phasing

This part is fun because you get to eat a lot of the things you like.  Macrophasing means that you will focus on one of your three macros on a given day.  Macros are your carbs, fats, and proteins.  You don't even have to wonder which one to focus on.  There is a simple seven day macro phasing guide to follow.  

Why? You want to get rid of that belly, right?  You want to have more energy, right? You want to be able to eat some of the things that you like, right? 

Macrophasing is possible on any food plan you are on, because it is scaleable.  If you are at a restaurant, you will know whether to order the salmon or the salad.  It helps to have the decision process taken care of for you.  It also should give you relief that you are eating in the best possible way to help your body thrive and look amazing.
