As you gain tools through life, you can apply them when needed and where they are applicable. Drop Your Pants is going to teach you nutritional tools like intermittent fasting, leaky gut, hormones, and reading food labels. DYP is going to teach you physical fitness principals like strength training versus steady state cardio and how much to do of each. DYP is going to incorporate the emotional connection we have with our food, with our mind, and with our body.
